These Terms of Service (these "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for use of the Shopify app "Inbound Tracking" (the "Service") provided by us. By installing and using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These Terms are intended to set forth the terms and conditions for the provision of the Service and the rights and obligations between us and users, and shall apply to all relationships between users and us regarding the use of the Service.
Article 2 (User Registration)
- The Service becomes available by installing it from the Shopify App Store.
- Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms by installing and using the Service.
Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activities
- Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, honor, or other rights of other users or third parties
- Acts that attempt to modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise analyze the source code of the Service
- Other acts that we deem inappropriate
Article 4 (Service Content and Changes)
- The Service is a business support app that aims to analyze trade and logistics documents using OCR technology and AI assistance functions (such as Google Gemini) and integrate them with Shopify inventory.
- Some functions of the Service depend on inference by external AI (such as Gemini). Therefore, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the output information. Users shall bear the final responsibility for confirmation.
